I loved my stay, especially enjoying the delicious Sunday carvery and the charming ambience in the conservatory with live music, making it a memorable experience, and I appreciated the proximity to St Anne's Church and beautiful Southover Grange Gardens, perfect for leisurely walks during my explorations.

i enjoyed my stay at the white hart. it’s very close to the railway station, making it super convenient. the swimming pool and gym were fantastic, and the staff even helped me carry my bag upstairs. the local shops and cafes are just a short walk away, which is a real bonus.

The spot in the heart of town is super convenient! We had a cozy double room, and the breakfast buffet was decent. The bar was pretty quiet, and we had it all to ourselves. The place feels a bit worn out, though, like it could really use some upgrades, especially with the pool situation. it's a charming stay for a night or two.

Oh mate, the glazed cakes in the nearby cafes like Patisserie Lewes are a total dream! Plus, the staff at The White Hart were absolutely on it—super friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home.

But the place had its quirks—like only one bath towel for two of us and no towels provided for the pool. The rooms could do with a bit of a sprucing up, and where was the buzzing hotel bar when you needed it?
